The supercharger isn't actually doing anything at idle, so the problem will be with some other part you've changed. Almost certainly a wiring problem with one or other sensor.

Stupid question first - did you remember to plug back in everything you disconnected? Airflow meter? Throttle position sensor?

Which year of car do you have, and can you describe which version of supercharger you have, particularly the fuel and timing management?

You may have a vacuum leak somewhere.

I would check to see if your AFM is in backwards. Look closely, you'll see arrows for the direction of the air. This is a common mistake.

The SC should still work even if you forgot to plug the IAT in. TPS should be working since you are running lots of throttle, unless the wires got mixed up if you had to splice and extend.

The only other place I'd look are all the small vacuum lines that connect around the intake manifold and Dummy TB area, I'd frequently forget about those small ones here and there. Also go back around and make sure everything is nice and tight.

You meant MAF (Mass Air Flow)

Which BRP system are you running? Any other electronics other than the PC?

Did you tap the boost line from the Intake Mani nipple, or the Dummy Throttle Body? If you didn't use the one on the DTB, were you able to plug it?

Have you readusted the Throttle Body settings yet for more/less air?

Did you get the old crossover tube to take the IC out of the equation?

If it still runs while throttle is applied, you may have to have someone else hold on the gas lightly while you check. If you let off the gas does it just die, or does it try to attenuate RPM, and then die out?

Does it sputter a lot when you hold the throttle? If so, it could be that you are getting too much fuel, which could happen if you are using additional injectors. Do you have an additional injector? If it doesn't sputter with throttle, I would search for a vacuum leak. It's hard to search for a leak, you just need to check all your connections and make sure they are snug. Also make sure your flex tube doesn't have any holes.

If you have an additional injector, disconnect it from power and see if it runs. Keep in mind that if it was stuck open, you'll have a lot of fuel dumped in the intake manifold and it might be a while before it runs smoothly. Just a long shot, but worth looking into.

If you are just using a powercard, I'm guessing you don't have additional injector(s), so if you've checked all the above things (maf, connections, etc), then I'd vote for a leak.
