Removed around a week ago from my 1996. I am running a 96 block/99 head and intake, and removed the MP62 hotside, TDR IC and R4 intake. All is for sale. Anyway, the R4 is mildly ported to radius the ports a little and align the intake tube to the manifold. All the gaskets, fasteners, fittings, etc are there, including an EGR kit that I never used.

Not a difficult install if you aren't running EGR. Definitely easier to secure intake bolts than an OEM 99/00 intake. The rest is a matter of finding what requires vacuum and mounting a nipple to the intake, of which there are numerous, and whatever port isn't used you install a plug, of which there are several included. The intake is around 4-5 lbs lighter than an OEM 99/00 intake, measured on my bathroom scale.
